With 2025 marking the ten-year anniversary of Obergefell v. Hodges, Mercer Law Review’s 2025 Symposium will focus on the legacy and lessons of the Freedom-to-Marry Movement. Our goal is to provide engaging presentations and to generate candid conversations that will enable legal professionals to reflect on the legacy of the Freedom-to-Marry Movement and its implications on future legal developments.
Dinner and Keynote Address
- Jon Davidson, a 40-year veteran of the LGBTQ-rights movement, will be our keynote speaker. Mr. Davidson will be introduced by Professor Scott C. Titshaw.
