This Article discusses (1) removal cancellation, including the court’s jurisdiction to review such decisions, the standard for removal cancellation, and the constitutionality of denying such applications; and (2)other important immigration issues, including asylum petitions and the ability of state governments to impact federal immigration policy. Finally, it concludes with recent developments in immigration law.
