Abstract
In the field of Personal Property the. appellate court decisions, during the period under review, follow the pattern set forth in previously decided cases, and there is not a single case that departs from well-recognized principles. However, a brief mention will be made of the cases in order that the general nature of personal property litigation during the review period may be disclosed.
